Frozen Masago red in 450g packets. Masago is the Japanese name given to caviar dishes, which is in fact the salted capelin fish roes (eggs). It is a much desired seafood delicacy in Japan. Masago is the salted version of capelin roes, which are further processed with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and rice wine. It is ideally used as a garnish in sushi dishes.
